2010 - HNF nurse wins Healthcare Humanity Award

May 2010

“I feel very motivated that my role as a nurse is appreciated,” says Susan Seah, HNF nurse.

Seeing the smiles on the faces of patients she serves is one of Susan’s biggest rewards in her nursing career.

For the past 19 years, Susan has been serving diligently as a nurse with HNF. In recognition of her long service, HNF nominated Susan for the Healthcare Humanity Award, organised by the National Healthcare Group and The Courage Fund.

“I feel very motivated that my role as a nurse is appreciated,” says Susan. “I will continue to uphold the healthcare profession and show compassion to my patients.”

The awards ceremony was held on 24 May 2010 at NTUC Centre Auditorium. President Nathan, who is the Patron-in-Chief of The Courage Fund, presented the winners with their awards at the ceremony.
