Statement by Board of Management
In our opinion, the financial statements set out on pages FS1 to FS13 present fairly the
state of affairs of the Foundation as at 31 March 2007 and of the results, changes in
funds and cash flows of the Foundation for the year ended on that date in accordance
with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards.
