ACCOUNT ASSISTANT (6-month contract)

The account assistant shall perform the following duties or any other ad-hoc as assigned by the reporting officer:

Job responsibilities

  • Responsible in the administration and processing of donations, cash counting duties, processing of accounts payable
  • Performs daily cash counting for donations and service revenue
  • Assists with monthly invoice issuance to patients
  • Performs accounts payable processing, checking of purchase requisitions and generation of purchase orders
  • Assist with PA transport claims collation and capital funding claims
  • Undertake any other duties as directed by Head of Finance

Job Requirement

  • Min. Diploma in Accountancy with at least 2 years of financial and cost accounting experience.
  • Person of Integrity, upholds professionalism, exercises prudence, engages in teamwork and possesses a positive attitude.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Powerpoint. Knowledge of Navision is an advantage.
  • Able to multi-task and an eye for detail
