HR EXECUTIVE (6-Month Contract – For Maternity Coverage)

Reporting to the Head of Human Resources, the executive shall handle the job responsibilities as follows:

Job responsibilities:

  • Maintain and keep up-to-date staff record in the personal files, HR Information System and ILTC IS.
  • Administer insurance claims, renewal of insurance, and provide advice to staff on insurance matters
  • Administer staff’s welfare matters and recognitions program such as long service awards, healthy lifestyle incentive, external award nominations, etc.
  • Administer learning and development policy, and ensure compliance
  • Liaise with external training providers for registration of courses and administer training grants/funds.
  • Administer of learning plan and upkeep of training documentations.
  • Compile and submit quarterly HR report on learning hours to Head, HR
  • Provide assistance in organising staff events
  • Provide assistance to Recruitment and Onboarding Process (including but not limited to):
    1. Sourcing for candidates
    2. Arranging for interviews
  • Any other related duties as directed by the said reporting officers

Job requirements:

  • Bachelor in Human Resource Management
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience in a similar capacity
  • Fresh graduate is also welcome to apply
  • Good knowledge of the Singapore Employment Act and CPF legislation
  • Mature and pleasant disposition
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
