Job Description

The admin assistant will be required to:

  • Provides accounts and administrative functions of the centre.
  • Performs basic financial screening, means testing, counselling and admission works for clients or families.
  • Collection of payment, donations and assists in banking.
  • Submission of reports, claims, documentations or statistics to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Assist clients and family members into transportation matters and coordinate with team.
  • Assist in purchasing of centre supplies, handles POs and submission.
  • Prepare logistics and liaising for events and meetings.
  • Handle auditors professionally, assist in audits and documentation preparation.
  • Provides cross coverage to colleagues or deployment to other centre/s when need arises.
  • Assist Supervisor in coordination of repairs and maintenance works in centre.
  • Recording and writing of minutes for centre’s meeting.

Job Requirement

  • Min. GCE ‘O’ / ‘A’ Levels / Diploma in any disciplines
  • Min. 1 year experience in healthcare setting will be advantageous.
  • Proficient in IT skills
  • Willing to work staggered shifts according to centre operating hours
