Job Description

  • Works closely with team members and inter-departmental colleagues to support admin and programme implementation.
  • Provide administrative or logistical support to the team in running client-related support and/or other CREST activities.
  • Assist in coordinating and planning outreach and engagement events with other community partners and agencies.
  • Ensure timely data collation and quarterly report submission, as well as generate reports, in accordance to the CREST programme.
  • Store and maintain data and documents, in accordance to the CREST programme requirement, as well as the prevailing personal data protection and security guidelines.
  • Coordinate the team training schedule, in consultation with the Senior Allied Health Professional.
  • Prepare the necessary resource material to be provided to clients and caregivers.
  • Conduct simple interviews and handle client’s enquiries.
  • Administers and processes application/survey forms of patients and family members.
  • Access National Means Testing System to perform means testing.
  • Supports minutes taking for meetings.
  • Provides cross coverage to departmental colleagues when need arises.
  • Maintain progress notes of attended cases.
  • Performs any other duties as assigned by Reporting Officer.

 

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or GCE ‘A’ Levels
  • Experience in healthcare setting is advantageous
  • Possess good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good time management, well-organized, meticulous, and able to multi-task
  • Takes initiative and able to work well independently and as a teamplayer
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office

 

Working Hours

Monday to Friday: 8am to 5.30pm
