CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSISTANT

Job Responsibilities

Our Customer Service Assistant shall fulfil the following duties:

  • Provide prompt attention to patients’ enquiries and requests.
  • Handle email and phone enquiries and follow up accordingly.
  • Liaise between patients/ families and clinical team to deliver optimum level of service to every patients’ family.
  • Responsible for the daily execution of assigned admin duties, such as photostatting of referrals, receipt of business mall, etc.
  • Retrieve referrals from e-Referral system
  • Liaise with referring sources and clinical staffs when required to facilitate the dissemination of information
  • Work closely with Clinicians on referrals handover
  • Assist in updating patient profiles/contact details if necessary
  • Assist in scheduling emergency or non-urgent appointments.
  • Manage the filling and storage of discharged patients’ dockets
  • Provide coverage duties to customer service counter when shortage of manpower.

Job Requirement

  • Min. GCE O levels
  • Min. 1 year of working experience
  • Experience in customer service / call centre will be advantageous
  • Good communication skills and telephone etiquette
