HR PARTNER (Clinical Services)

Job Responsibilities

Reporting to the Head of HR, the HR Partner will partner directly with clinical services (Nurses and Therapist) to perform a full spectrum of HR activities, and undertake the following HR shared services:

  • Insurances
  • Staff movement announcement
  • Management report

Pre-requisites

  • Degree in HR with minimum 5 years of working experience in HR functional area, organizational development and employee relations from Healthcare/Community Care setting
  • Good employment law understanding, demonstrated experience in supporting performance management, employee relations and data analytics/reporting
  • Mature and ability to maintain high level of confidentiality
  • Strong organizational skills and able to juggle multiple tasks and conflicting priorities
  • Ability to communicate and work well with all levels
