PATIENT CARE/ ADMIN ASSISTANT

Job Description:

The admission officer will perform the essential duties as listed below. 

  • Assist in general administrative and pre-admission procedures
  • Raises referrals and updates the status of referrals
  • Submits eligibility assessment (EA) form and relevant documents to an outsourced service partner
  • Tracks all home personal care referrals within database
  • Assist in service subvention claims
  • Rotation to other administrative services such as call centre and surgical store to undertake any other duties as assigned by the reporting officer

Job Qualification:

  • Min. GCE ‘O’ / ‘A’ Levels or Diploma in any discipline
  • Min 1 year experience in administrative work
  • Working experience in Healthcare industry will be advantageous.
