Job Responsibilities

The executive is required to take up the following duties:

  • Provide support on development and implementation of existing and new projects relating to nursing
  • Assist in service development, project management and implementation, which includes
  • Project conceptualization, coordinating inputs and follow-up from various internal  and external stakeholders
  • Developing outcome measures and key performance indicators with process owners
  • Drafting proposal, budgeting project costs and grant applications
  • Handle grant applications and budgeting project costs
  • Generate data analytics for department and service evaluation
  • Coordination and administrative oversight of Home Personal Care services
  • Assist to drive collaborations with healthcare and community partners

Job Requirement

  • Min. Bachelor Degree in any discipline with 2 to 3 years of working experience
  • Experience in healthcare would be an added advantage
  • Strong analytical skills with an understanding of financials, data analysis, statistics and workflow engineering and re-engineering would be useful
  • Good presentation and writing skills
