Job Responsibilities

• Support financial assessment and applications of financial schemes under supervision of medical social workers (MSWs).
• Assist in initial assessment and basic case management. Performs Information and Referrals function.
• Conduct home visit independently or joint visit with MSWs or Home Care team where necessary.
• Support the administrative functions of the department.
• Work closely with multi-disciplinary team members.
• Support projects and programme development.
• Attend training and case work supervision.
• Any other related duties as directed by the said reporting officers.

Job Requirements

• Diploma in Social Work or equivalent
• Able to communicate with Mandarin-speaking patients.
• Experience in means testing and healthcare setting is advantageous
