HNF Caregiving Conference 2023 – Creating a Sustainable Caregiving Community

Home Nursing Foundation’s caregiving conference aims to connect healthcare agencies and caregivers as they learn about caregiving best practices and literature.

In line with the Ministry of Health’s push for ageing in place, the need for sustainable caregiving is ever more important. Sustaining care giving requires a multi-pronged approach with relevant stakeholders such as healthcare practitioners, employers and social agencies. Through this conference, we aim to strengthen the current caregiving support system by sharing various perspectives and resources with our attendees to make ageing joyfully in the community a reality.

With a target audience of 1000 practitioners and caregivers, the conference will discuss topics relevant to both social and healthcare practitioners and caregivers. The programme will include in-depth sharing by guest speakers as well as panel discussions featuring a diverse range of speakers

Our speakers will share their personal experiences of caring for their loved ones, providing attendees with unique and practical advice. Moreover, the conference will serve as a valuable resource for caregivers, offering information about the available community resources and support networks.
