Home Medical

For patients who have difficulty commuting to hospitals or medical clinics, we provide home-medical care services through our panel of affiliated General Practitioners (GPs) who make house calls to patients' home. All of our GPs are registered with the Family Physicians Accreditation Board and the Singapore Medical Council.

Our GPs provide the following services:

  • Regular review of patients’ health status
  • Order and review diagnostic tests
  • Prescribe medication
  • Refer patients to other team members e.g. nurses for nursing intervention and/or therapists for rehabilitation interventions
  • Refer eligible patients to the Interim Disability Assistance Programme for the Elderly (IDAPE) and perform certification, if required.

We are part of MOH’s Medication Subsidy Programme.
Qualifying patients will have access to subsidised medication from islandwide polyclinics:
