Job Description:

Corporate Secretariat

  • Manage Board/Board committee activities as the Board Secretariat. This includes arranging meeting dates and times, collating meeting documents, and providing logistic support at the meetings.
  • Prepare letter of appointments for Board Members and on-boarding process for new Board Members.
  • Collate and prepare Management Report on quarterly basis for Board/EXCO meetings.
  • Support Society activities such as updating and maintaining membership register, annual general meeting, statutory registers & records, board member information, ensure compliance and submission of relevant documents as per statutory requirements.
  • Work with relevant departments for the renewal of Institutions of a Public Character (IPCs).
  • Contract management e.g. Service Level Agreement, Memorandum of Understanding and ensure proper completion, collection and archival of contracts.
  • Special projects e.g. collaboration with external parties to enhance patient care and services, submission of Request for Proposals (RFPs) for new services and programmes.

 

Event Management

  • Organise and manage key events such as conferences and tournaments, roadshows or campaigns to raise HNF profile and brand equity. This includes event planning, budget, concept design, logistics, production and management and etc.

 

Partnerships & Community Development

  • Provide support in partnership and collaboration plan in alignment with HNF’s strategy for the changes in sector landscape.
  • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to pilot and implement new programmes/initiatives and support their scale-up and implementation.
  • Seek potential partners for collaboration, engagements and commitment to scope of partnership.
  • Maintain strong close relationship with partners, e.g. service providers and grassroots organizations
  • Participate in activities that contribute to improvement to the new programmes/initiatives,
  • Support the collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to actualize the new programmes/initiatives.
  • Manage queries and provide partners and potential partners with information.

 

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or communications. Working experience in event management, healthcare, business development or corporate secretariat would be advantageous.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience

  • Excellent stakeholder management; approachable, collaborative and assertive
  • Open minded, creative, has positive attitude, takes initiative, anticipates problems and needs and able to work under pressure and changes.
