Job Responsibilities

Reporting to Head, HR, the HR Partner will partner directly with clinical services (Nurses, Therapists, Medical Social Workers) to provide the following:

• Full Employee Lifecyle which include but not limited to

• • Talent Acquisition
  • Onboarding
  • Learning & Development
  • Performance Management
  • Retention and separation

• Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationship, build morale, resolve complex employee relations, improve productivity and retention.
• Provides HR Policy guidance and interpretation.
• Acts as the performance improvement driver to influence changes in the work environment.
• Analyses trends and metrics on employees related data to develop people strategies.
• Supports HR transformation by developing and reinforcing priorities, improvement of work processes and embracing new ways of working.
• Provides coverage to payroll administrator.

Job Requirements

• Degree in HR with minimum 5 years of working experience in HR functional area, organizational development and employee relations from Healthcare/Community Care setting
• Good employment law understanding, demonstrated experience in supporting performance management, employee relations and data analytics/reporting
• Mature and ability to maintain high level of confidentiality
• Strong organizational skills and able to juggle multiple tasks and conflicting priorities
• A strategic thinker with good communication and interpersonal skills
• Preferably with payroll processing experience
