Job Responsibilities

Reporting to Head, HR, the HR Partner will partner directly with clinical services (Nurses and Therapist) to perform full spectrum of HR activities, and undertake the following HR shared services.

  1. Insurances
  2. Staff movement announcement
  3. Management report



  • Degree in HR with minimum 5 years of working experience in HR functional area, organizational development and employee relations from Healthcare/Community Care setting
  • Good employment law understanding, demonstrated experience in supporting performance management, employee relations and data analytics/reporting
  • Mature and ability to maintain high level of confidentiality
  • Strong organizational skills and able to juggle multiple tasks and conflicting priorities
  • Ability to communicate and work well with all levels
