Job Description

  • Oversee the Home Medical (HM) service operations to optimize utilisation and care outcomes, including:
    • Coordinate recruitment process for new Doctors, oversee routine contractual review and evaluation process.
    • Manage home medical daily schedule, lab test ordering, receipt management.
    • Administer scheduling software system for HM.
    • Manage feedback and complaints relating to HM.
    • Plan, monitor and analyse Doctors’ schedule and utilisation.
    • Forecast future demand for home medical services.
    • Process Doctors’ fee payment.
    • Perform timely and proper record keeping of doctors’ personal documents for e.g. SMC practicing cert, BCLS and Medical malpractice insurance.
    • Manage on-boarding process for new Doctors.
    • Lead Home Medical Operations Team and ensure proper coverage in their absence.
  • Oversee and plan schedule and engagement of Medical Advisor for multi-disciplinary reviews, home visit audits and meetings.
  • Organise and manage Continuing Professional Events (CPE), for e.g. coordination with speakers, publicity, attendance, online meeting platform, feedback.
  • Coordinate and manage secretariat/research support development of Care Pathways, including managing of conferences, events, etc.
  • Manage contracts relating to home care services e.g. Service Level Agreement, Memorandum of Understanding.
  • Manage accreditation and licensing requirements by AIC/MOH for operation of home medical services, eg. Healthcare Services Act (HCSA) licensing, accreditation under the Medisave scheme.
  • Provide administrative support for HNF centre-based services.
  • Project manage ad-hoc projects eg. Home Care Satisfaction Survey, collaboration, automation, etc.
  • Support TeleHealth work processes.

 

Job Requirements

  • Degree in business administration, Biomedical Science or healthcare-related domain. Experience in operations project management or healthcare setting is helpful.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communications skills.
  • Analytical  thinking skills and able to deliver outcomes in a timely manner.
  • Ability to take initiative, manage stakeholder, multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
